The period of guaranteed reservation is 04/06/05 - 10/06/05.
Deadline for reservation is 10/05/05, 18:00. After 10/05/05 requests for accommodation are accepted but without guaranteed reservation.

The hotel reservation is guaranteed only in case of 100% prepayment
You will receive the hotel confirmation with reservation number only after the payment for accommodation will be received at the Monomax Ltd. account.
Rates are given per night, include buffet breakfast and taxes; and do not include passport registration fee (RUR 100, to be paid at the hotel).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation before and on 15/05/05 - no penalty. The amount of money paid for the hotel accommodation will be transferred back to the customer's account.
Cancellation after 15/05/05 or no-show - One night accommodation cost will be retained. The rest of the money will be transferred to the customer's bank account after the conference.
