Hotel Accomodation
The Workshop Service Agency Monomax Meetings&Incentives offers the following hotels for the participants' accommodation during the Workshop dates: 2-6, June 2007:

You can also make booking yourself in a way appropriate for you.
Please note that morning transfers will be provided only from the Workshop hotels.

The hotel accommodation in Workshop hotels should be booked from the participant's personal on-line registration page. Use your personal login and password you received while registering to enter your registration page and the "Accommodation" section.
Monomax Meetings&Incentives has a special offer for the participants of the Workshop: prices for hotel accommodation are less then the official rates.
There will be transfer for participants from the Workshop hotels to the Workshop venue in the mornings.

The official rate of Russian Central Bank is available at http://www.cbr.ru/eng/currency_base/daily.asp.
The prices are indicated per room per night including breakfast and tax.
Prices are given in accordance with the hotel's rack rates and can be changed in connection with hotel rates growth.
Check in/check out time in hotels - 14:00/12:00.
If you intend to stay in the hotel during some hours after check out time the half price of one night stay in the hotel should be extra paid. (in "Oktiabrskaya" hotel - full price of one night stay should be extra paid)
The Workshop Service Agent ensures the preferable hotel accommodation in case you provide Hotel Reservation by May 1, 2007.
After this date the requests for accommodation are accepted but without guarantees for available places. Please, ask for availability by the e-mail: Natalia.Zakharova@monomax.org

Please note:
To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should be registered for the Workshop using on-line registration.
The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before May 10, 2007 in order to guarantee accommodation.
The hotel reservation will be confirmed as soon as the 100% prepayment is received.
CANCELLATION
Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Workshop Service Agency Monomax Meetings & Incentives by e-mail: Natalia.Zakharova@monomax.org or by fax +7 (812) 335 20 39.
For cancellations received before May 10, 2007 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
In case of cancellation received on and after May 10, 2007, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed.
Oktiabrskaya Hotel (Workshop Hotel)
10, Ligovsky pr.The Oktiabrskaya Hotel is good for business traveller because it's conveniently located nearby Metro station, close to the Moskovsky railway terminal and in 1 hour drive from Pulkovo International Airport and just in few minutes walk from Nevsky prospect.
Each room (room area - 18 m2) has a completely renovated bathroom (with bathtub and shower), direct-dial telephone, TV (international and Russian satellite channels), fridge or mini-bar. Some of the hotel rooms give truly magnificent city views.

Comfort hotel (Workshop hotel)
25, Bolshaya Morskaya st.The Comfort Hotel, located in the very heart of St. Petersburg, just a few yards off the Nevsky Prospect, the main city's thoroughfare, is the mini-hotel that harmonically combines the world-class comfort with the friendly home atmosphere that adds a specific Russian tinge.
The Moscow Railway Station is 2 kilometers off the hotel and the Pulkovo International and Domestic Airports - 15 kilometers.

Herzen-House hotel (Workshop hotel)
25, Bolshaya Morskaya st."Herzen-House" is a small cordial hotel opened in 2005. Most of the city sightseeing places (St. Isaac's Cathedral, Russian State Museum, Kazan Cathedral, Peter-and-Paul Fortress) are within walking distance from the hotel.
There are 20 rooms of 3 types in the hotel. All rooms are decorated in the same style, quite plain, comfortable and cozy. Each room is equipped with TV, telephone available for international calls, alarm-clock, internet line access, bathroom with warm floor and shower, hair-drier.
